Applied at ADM for Unknown

I applied for a position at ADM in Decatur, IL, and I had my final interview nearly three months ago. Since then, I've been on hold and the recruiter mentioned that I'm still in consideration while they screen other candidates. I'm curious if anyone else has experienced a similar situation and if anyone has received an offer after being on hold for this long.
