Applied at 41F for Unknown

I'm currently feeling a lot of uncertainty in my job at 41F, where I've been for over 12 years. I have this nagging feeling that the higher-ups are planning to bring in someone new and push me out of my position. Next week, I'm actually scheduled to interview this new candidate for a different role, but I've seen the president of the company do this before—bringing in friends and ousting existing employees. It's making me question my job security, and I can't shake the feeling that something might be brewing. If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I would really appreciate your advice on how to handle this situation.
