I recently interviewed for a position and felt quite confident about it. The interviewers seemed to be pleased with my performance, even welcoming me to the team on the spot. They mentioned they would send me the onboarding information soon. However, two days have passed, and I've yet to receive any communication from them. This has left me feeling uncertain about whether I actually got the job or not. I had applied for this position about a month ago, and the quick turnaround for an interview was promising, but I expected to hear back within a week or two if I was successful. On a positive note, I also received another job offer that was much quicker in their communication and onboarding process, so I might have to consider that option if I don't hear back soon.
