Now, I'm trying to reapply for unemployment benefits, but when I log into my portal, it only prompts me to certify my previous claims instead of allowing me to file a new application. I've been employed for the last ten months, so I believe I should qualify for benefits again. I attempted to call for assistance, but no one picked up. I'm really in need of some guidance on what to do next.
