    I’ve been on the job hunt for the past six months, and honestly, it’s been a tough journey filled with rejection and ghosting. Every time I open my email, I brace myself for the same disappointing message: "thank you for your interest..." It’s exhausting. I’ve had some decent interviews, but then I hear nothing back, which leaves me feeling mentally drained. I try to keep my spirits up, but it’s hard when it feels like I’m just sending my applications into a black hole. I’m looking for any tips on how to stay motivated during this frustrating process.

    I'm starting a new full-time call center job at a large company that I got through a staffing agency. The pay is $18 an hour, but I'm feeling pretty anxious about it. As someone who is low energy and introverted, I'm worried that I might end up hating this job.
