I just finished my second and final interview for a position at a tech company where I applied for a software engineering role. I'm feeling a mix of excitement and anxiety as I try to interpret the signs from the interview process. The interviewers seemed engaged and asked some in-depth questions, which I took as a positive sign. However, I noticed they didn't give much feedback during the conversation, which has me second-guessing myself. I’m now waiting to hear back and trying to decipher whether the lack of immediate feedback is a good or bad sign. Any advice on how to read these signals?
