I recently interviewed for a position at a promising AI company and went through four rounds of interviews with key decision-makers. Up until now, everything seemed to be going well, and I received positive feedback throughout the process. However, the timeline the recruiter provided has passed, and I haven't heard anything since. There was a time when communication was rapid, but now it's been completely silent. I'm starting to feel anxious about the situation. I wonder if this lack of communication is a bad sign or if it could simply mean there are internal delays. Should I reach out to the recruiter for an update, or is it too soon to worry? I really want this role, and I'm hoping for the best.
