I'm beginning to question whether my resume is working against me. It might appear too senior or detailed, leading recruiters to think I would be too expensive or not stick around long. I'm considering simplifying my resume and possibly removing some of my side ventures, even though they were successful. It's disheartening to be rejected for roles I know I could excel in. I understand that interviews aren't guaranteed, but it's tough to reconcile my qualifications with the lack of opportunities to discuss them.
