I recently experienced back-to-back rejections during my job search for a co-op position through my university. Yesterday, I had an online interview with three other candidates, and unfortunately, I didn't make the cut. Today, I had an in-person interview with around ten other applicants for the same role, and again, I was rejected. This was my first time interviewing, and I was really hoping to secure a position. The frustrating part is that I can't get any feedback on my performance since all communication goes through the university, and they don't provide any insights. It's disheartening, but I'm trying to stay positive and remember that rejection is a common part of the process.
