I’ve been on the job hunt recently and usually rely on sites like HiringCafe, Idealist, and LinkedIn. I also check out Indeed, Glassdoor, and Otta from time to time. While HiringCafe and Idealist still serve me well, I’ve found LinkedIn’s job search feature has become frustratingly AI-driven. For instance, even when I filter for fully remote positions, it still shows me hybrid or in-person roles, which is not what I’m looking for. I’m specifically seeking a full-time remote job in marketing, communications, or writing, but I’m open to hybrid options too. I’d love to hear about any lesser-known job sites that might have listings that aren’t available on the major platforms. Any recommendations?
