I recently applied for a hotel house-person position on June 30th, and things have been moving surprisingly fast. Just two days later, I received an email for a phone interview with the recruiter, and the very next day, HR called to schedule an in-person interview. This is my first formal job interview since my previous jobs were secured through connections, so I'm feeling a mix of excitement and nerves. I'm wondering what to expect during the interview process and what the best attire would be. Should I go for something formal or casual? I have experience in the role, but I've never worked in this industry before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
