Applied at Panera Bread for Unknown

I’m feeling really frustrated with my job search right now. I’m 16 and have applied to at least 30 different positions, including cafes, fast food places, grocery stores, and retail shops. Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back from anyone, which is really disheartening. The only response I got was from Panera Bread, where I had a phone interview. They even set up an in-person interview for me, but then they never sent me the date. When I called to follow up, I found out their team was already full. It feels like I'm hitting a wall, and I'm starting to feel like giving up. I know I need to keep trying, but it’s tough when it seems like no one is willing to give a teenager a chance.
