I recently checked my payment history for my unemployment benefits in Illinois and noticed that there was no record for this week. I submitted my certification form on Friday, but I’m starting to doubt whether I actually completed the submission. Since it was a Friday, I know the offices were closed and they don’t process claims over the weekend. I’m worried about what this means for my next certification date and if my claim might be closed if I didn’t submit it correctly.
