    Applied to a Job Feeling Got a Job Planning

    I recently applied for a Production Manager role but unfortunately, I didn't get the position as they chose another candidate. However, there's a silver lining! The company is now considering me for a Supervisor position, which is essentially the second-in-command role. This position comes with similar responsibilities, including the chance to help reorganize and lead the team. I'm genuinely excited about this opportunity and feel it's a perfect fit for me.     Feeling Planning Thinking

    I have my second final interview tomorrow, and I’m feeling pretty anxious about it. My first final interview was a total disaster; it was a panel interview, and I got so rattled that even though I knew the answers in my head, what came out of my mouth was completely different. I really want to make a good impression this time, especially since I think the interviewer will be a high-ranking executive at the company. I’m looking for any advice on how to prepare better and what I can do to calm my nerves.
