I've been actively job searching for several months now, applying to various positions and even interviewing for some. However, I've noticed a frustrating trend: many companies don't send any rejection notices after I've applied or interviewed. It's disheartening to put in the effort and then just be left in the dark. I've reached out for clarifications and had conversations with recruiters, but still, I often receive no feedback at all. I really wish more companies would take the time to inform candidates about their application status, even if it's just a generic rejection notice. It feels rude and unprofessional to leave applicants hanging.
