I was thinking about how to apply for a job that isn’t advertised, and I came across some advice that really struck me. I’ve always been hesitant to reach out directly, but the suggestion to actually go into the store and talk to someone instead of just sending a message made a lot of sense. It feels more personal and could really make a difference in how I’m perceived. I’m considering visiting a few local shops this week to see if they have any openings and to introduce myself. I want to make a good impression and show that I’m proactive.
