Applied at Banner for Unknown

I was laid off from my position as a practice manager at Abrazo on August 21. This has left me feeling extremely defeated, especially since I've never been unemployed before. I have two kids to support on my own, along with an apartment and car payment to manage. I've been actively applying for new jobs and was fortunate enough to secure an interview with Banner, followed by a second interview. However, I'm worried about a disorderly conduct charge on my record from November 2025, which stemmed from a verbal argument with my downstairs neighbor. Both of us were charged, and while I know this incident is minor, it's the first time I've had to consider how it might affect my job prospects in healthcare. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, and I'm trying to remain hopeful, but the stress is overwhelming. I just want to stay strong for my kids and find a new job soon.
