I recently started a new job at a small tech company, and just one week in, I received an incredible offer from a major tech company that I've always dreamed of working for. I'm feeling excited but also anxious about how to navigate this situation. I want to be respectful to my current employer, but I also don't want to miss out on this amazing opportunity.
