    I recently received a job offer for a position that pays $24 per hour. However, I'm confused because the salary on the offer letter doesn't match what I expected. I calculated that $24/hour should equal an annual salary of $49,920 based on a standard 40-hour work week. Yet, the paperwork states a slightly lower amount. I've tried negotiating, but the company isn't willing to budge on the offer. I've used multiple online salary calculators, but they all give me different figures, which adds to my confusion. I'm not sure how to address this discrepancy professionally. Any advice on how to bring this up with the employer would be greatly appreciated.
