I have been in the interview process for an administrative position at a special education school for about three weeks now. I've completed walkthroughs and met with the school's owner/principal, and I'm currently in the reference contact phase. I was informed that I should expect a decision by the end of the week. Recently, I took some time to research the role more thoroughly and came across some very negative reviews on Glassdoor from former staff members, which were posted last year. During my initial tour, I did inquire about employee turnover rates and staff satisfaction, but I'm now wondering if I should bring up these negative reviews during the final stages of the interview process. I’m curious if anyone has experience mentioning such reviews at this point.
