I haven't been able to work for the past three weeks, and it's really getting me down. The first week, I was sick and couldn't clock in because my job as a dishwasher doesn't allow it when you're unwell. The following week, my boss informed me that there wasn't enough business, so I didn't get any hours. Now, in the third week, our car is tied up with my father's business trip, making it impossible for me to get to work. I genuinely enjoy my job and the sense of fulfillment it brings, so not being able to work is really frustrating. To top it off, I haven't received a paycheck in four weeks, which adds to my stress.
