I recently scheduled a job interview for a marketing position at a tech company. However, in the days leading up to the interview, I completely revamped my resume to better reflect my skills and experiences. Now, I'm unsure whether I should send the updated version to the hiring manager or stick with the original one I submitted when I applied. I'm worried about how this might affect my chances in the interview. Should I bring a printed copy of the new resume to the interview, or is it better to communicate the changes beforehand?
