Nighty-Night-Nurse's journey

I am currently seeking a new nursing position after working in a level 3 NICU. Due to some recent corporate changes and my desire for a fresh start, I am looking to transition to a lower acuity NICU. This decision is also influenced by my recent experience as a new parent, which has made me prioritize my mental health and work-life balance. I anticipate that interviewers will ask why I want to make this transition, and I want to frame my response positively without criticizing my current facility or implying that I can't handle critical cases. I’m excited about the prospect of finding a new facility where I can continue to thrive and contribute my skills.
