I recently checked my unemployment benefits portal and found a confusing status regarding my claim. It states that I am ineligible to receive benefits, but it also mentions that the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is reviewing my case to determine if I can receive any benefits. I'm feeling uncertain about this situation. Should I be worried? I haven't received any correspondence from them yet, just stumbled upon this information when I logged into my account. I'm hoping this review process is a normal part of their procedure.
