I recently faced a tough situation at my previous job in Texas. I was working under a contract that was frequently changed, and during one of those changes, I was placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (P.I.P.). Unfortunately, I was let go after failing the training for the latest contract. Now, I'm anticipating that an investigator will be reaching out to me soon. I'm grappling with whether I should disclose my P.I.P. status from my previous contract or keep that information to myself. I've heard that my former employer will likely mention it, and I know that being dishonest isn't advisable. It's a challenging position to be in, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to approach this.
