I'm currently facing an issue with my Arizona unemployment benefits. I received a letter confirming the amount I was supposed to get, but after waiting for a while, I decided to call them to check on the status. When I called, they asked for my social security number and a PIN. Unfortunately, I seem to be locked out because the PIN I used isn't being accepted, even though I use the same one for everything else. I'm feeling really frustrated and at a loss for what to do next.
