I recently had an interview where the CEO personally endorsed me for a role at the company. I felt really positive about the interaction and was hopeful for a quick response. However, it's been a week since the interview, and I've heard nothing back. I'm starting to wonder if this is normal in the hiring process or if I should be concerned. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation?
