I recently discovered that my role at the company has been posted on the internal job board. The listing has the exact same title as mine, but with some added knowledge requirements and a slightly higher salary. This has left me feeling uneasy, as it seems like they might be trying to replace me. Our department is quite small, and typically, when there's a plan to add a new member to our team, there are discussions beforehand. However, I haven't heard anything about hiring someone else with the same title, which makes me even more concerned about my position.
