Applied at McMaster-Carr for Management Track program

I recently interviewed for the Management Track program at McMaster-Carr last Wednesday. Since then, I've been anxiously waiting to hear back about whether I've progressed to the second round. It's been a week now, and I'm starting to feel a bit anxious. I saw some comments suggesting that it's normal to experience silence for about five business days after the first round, especially for structured programs like this one. They often batch candidates through the first round before moving on to the next steps. I plan to send a polite follow-up email to the recruiter this Wednesday to inquire about the timeline. In the meantime, I’ll continue applying to other opportunities.
