I’ve been working as an HR Manager for the past three years, but recent changes at my company are set to significantly reduce my responsibilities by about 30-50% weekly. To proactively address this situation and avoid potential layoffs, I’m considering applying for a fully remote HR Data Analyst position that’s currently open.
