I’m feeling overwhelmed as I prepare to start my job search after more than 20 years in the same role. The thought of updating my resume to meet current standards and figuring out which job search sites are reliable is daunting. I’m also considering whether to hire a recruiter, but I’m unsure who I can trust in that area. Any advice on where to begin or resources to check out would be greatly appreciated.
