Today, I experienced my second layoff in less than a year. I was caught completely off guard during what I thought would be a routine one-on-one meeting. Instead of my manager, the VP of HR joined the call and informed me that my last day was today. It's been a tough journey, and I’m feeling overwhelmed and frustrated by this situation. I've started applying for new jobs and even have a potential freelance opportunity on the horizon, but I’m struggling to stay motivated. If anyone has tips on how to keep my spirits up during this challenging time, I would really appreciate it.
