Preparing for my interview: Navigating tough questions about leaving my job

I have an interview this afternoon for a new position, and I'm feeling a bit anxious about how to explain my reason for leaving my current job. I've only been at my current company for less than six months, and I suspect they'll ask why I'm looking to move on. Typically, I say I'm seeking a better opportunity, but that might imply I'm also likely to leave the new job for something else in the future. The truth is, I'm leaving because the work environment is incredibly toxic, and it's impacting my mental health. I don't think it's wise to mention that during the interview, though. I'm hoping to find a way to frame my reason for leaving in a more positive light without bashing my current employer.
