Yesterday, she called to inform me that she spoke with the store manager about bringing me in for a different role that he suggested I apply for. She said the job listing would be taken down next Wednesday, and since I interviewed recently, I wouldn’t need to go through the interview process again. They plan to make a formal decision and contact me on Thursday. I'm wondering if this means they are likely to hire me for this position or if I should continue my job search just in case. I’m autistic and sometimes struggle with interpreting social cues, so I appreciate any advice.
