I currently work at a company that is really going downhill, and I absolutely hate my job. I often find myself being blamed for things that don't make any sense, which adds to my frustration. I've been actively looking for a new job and recently received an offer from a place that offers higher pay, but it's a temp-to-hire position. My family is advising me against it, expressing concerns that there's nothing stopping them from letting me go at any time. However, I'm starting to feel like my current situation isn't much different. I'm seeking insight on whether I should take the risk with the temp-to-hire job or hold out for a more stable position.
