Today, I learned that Dartmouth Health has laid off 124 employees as part of a larger restructuring effort, which includes cutting a total of 303 positions. It's disheartening to see so many colleagues affected by these changes. I’m currently assessing my options and considering what my next steps should be in this challenging job market.
