I just found out that PeaceHealth is planning to lay off several IT workers as they are outsourcing those roles to a company based in India. This news is really disheartening as I’ve been part of the team for a while now and the uncertainty is tough to handle. I'm trying to stay positive and look for new opportunities, but it's definitely a challenging situation.
