I've been unemployed since August of last year, and it feels like I'm not alone in this struggle. With bills piling up and no clear path forward, I find myself questioning whether this could lead to increased crime and social unrest. It feels like something is brewing beneath the surface, and maybe we're just not acknowledging it yet. I often log into social media and see countless others in similar situations, yet the official unemployment rates suggest that most people are still managing. It's a stark contrast that leaves me feeling isolated. I wonder if history might repeat itself, like during the dotcom bust, or if we're already witnessing the early signs of unrest without realizing it.
