I just found out that my entire department is being eliminated by September, and I am absolutely heartbroken. I started this job only six months ago, and I fought hard to get it. I love my team, and the thought of losing them is devastating. I'm feeling crushed right now and trying to process everything. It's hard to believe that after such a short time, I have to start looking for a new job again.
