Planning to Apply for Partial Unemployment Benefits During Seasonal Work Hours Drop

I have been working full-time as a farm worker since January 2026, after being promoted from part-time. Unfortunately, due to budget cuts and a lack of work, my hours are set to drop back down to part-time for December and January. I'm planning to apply for partial unemployment benefits since my job is seasonal, and I believe I will likely be approved. However, I'm uncertain about how many hours I will actually work during this period, as it could range from 0 to 20 hours per week. I'm particularly curious about the implications for my benefits if I report $0 in wages for any weeks. I understand the rules around exceeding the weekly benefit amount, but I'm unsure what happens if I have no income at all. Do I still qualify for partial benefits in that case?
