Applied at Centr for Unknown

I received an email from the HR manager of a company in LA, claiming she found my resume on Indeed and wanted to set up an interview. The catch is, I never applied for the position. After researching the company, I confirmed it's legitimate, but the job description they sent me seemed off. It required 3-4 years of experience, while I'm just a recent grad. The interview is set to be a text-based Microsoft Teams meeting, which feels unusual. I later found the actual job listing on LinkedIn, and it stated the position is hybrid, not remote as mentioned in the email. Additionally, the email came from info@centrjobs.co, which differs from the main domain centr.com. I'm starting to wonder if this is a job scam. I shared my concerns and got feedback that the text-based interview and the way they reached out are strong indicators of a scam. I'm considering going through with the interview just to see if any more red flags appear.
