    I've been trying to connect with smaller startups directly since they often don't post entry-level roles. However, I'm struggling with how to craft my emails so they don't come off as generic. My approach has been to mention something specific about what the startup is building, briefly explain how my background could be useful, and ask if there's a way I could contribute. I'm looking for advice from anyone who has successfully cold emailed founders, engineers, or recruiters, especially those who did this early in their careers without extensive experience to showcase.

    I've been on the job hunt for a while now, and I've been trying to figure out how people are really landing jobs. I came across some insights that resonated with me. It’s clear there aren't any secret tricks to this process; if I’m not getting interviews, I might need to reassess my qualifications or my resume. I’ve also heard from others that networking can really help, as knowing someone at the company can sometimes open doors. Overall, it feels tough out here, especially when I see so many people struggling without relying on online applications.
