This is a significant step up from my current role as Lab Director and Quality Assurance Officer at a small environmental company where I've worked for the past eight years. Despite my contributions, including improving procedures and obtaining certifications that generate substantial revenue, I feel drastically undercompensated with a salary of $85,000 and minimal benefits.
