I’m feeling overwhelmed and desperate as I navigate my job search while on F-1 OPT. My unemployment clock is ticking, and if I don’t secure qualifying employment soon, I risk losing my ability to stay and work in the U.S. I've applied to over 1,000 jobs, meticulously tailored my resume for each application, and reached out to recruiters, hiring managers, and alumni for support. Despite my efforts, I often face rejections or silence. I’ve attended networking events and sent countless LinkedIn messages, but I’m running out of time and options. I don't have family in tech to help me, so I’m trying to figure this out alone. I’m not asking for a job, just a chance for an interview or a referral. I’m specifically looking for entry-level roles like Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar positions. Any leads or advice would be immensely appreciated as I feel lost in this process.
