I recently worked as a sales manager at Glam, a skincare brand, and my experience was quite disappointing. I observed a concerning hiring and firing pattern where employees were brought on board only to be let go within a few weeks or 1-2 months. This cycle of hiring and exits happened repeatedly in the same department throughout the year. It created a lot of uncertainty for everyone involved, especially since we all have responsibilities and career plans. It’s genuinely difficult to navigate such instability. I'm curious if anyone else has faced a similar situation in their roles.
