I was recently fired from my job after putting in a lot of hard work and dedication. It was a tough blow, especially since I was offered a very low severance package. I tried to negotiate for more, but they just came back with an even lower offer. Now, I find myself in a dilemma. I have some potentially damaging information about the company that could really hurt them and the employees still there, but I know that pursuing this route would require legal guidance to protect myself. I'm torn between the idea of exposing the truth and the impact it could have on others versus just walking away with a small severance. It's a heavy decision to make.
