I have been working for the same employer since 2016, but my roles have all been short-term contracts of varying lengths. My most recent contract lasted only three weeks, and now I am applying for unemployment benefits. I'm unsure about what start date to list for my employment. Should I include the start date from 2016, or just the most recent contract from the last 18 months? I'm worried that this could impact my benefits, so I appreciate any guidance on how to accurately report my employment history.
