I currently work for a large tech company where I play a crucial role in my team and department. Now, I'm torn about whether to go back to my current job or stick with the new one. I know that going back after resigning can sometimes create awkwardness, but my boss reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue since they really need me. I would have to swallow my pride a bit, but it could be a temporary situation as long as I continue to perform well.
