Today I found out about the Voluntary Separation Program (VSP) at Centene where I've worked for over 15 years. I was a bit nervous but also excited as I awaited the approval of my application. Fortunately, my offer was generous, and I have a solid plan moving forward. I'm planning to take a couple of weeks off to recharge and spend some quality time with my wife on a much-deserved vacation. I sincerely hope that everyone else who applied for the VSP also gets approved and can find their footing in this transition. Good luck to all!
