I just landed an interview at Wegmans, which is exciting since it's my first formal job interview. My previous experience was working in a family-owned business where I didn't have to go through the interview process, so this is a new challenge for me. I'm looking for tips on how to prepare effectively. I've been advised to read the job description closely and come up with three short examples from my past experiences—whether from school, family work, or volunteering—that demonstrate my reliability, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. I'm planning to use the STAR method to structure my answers and the PROOF method to clearly articulate what I did and the impact it had. Any additional advice would be greatly appreciated!
