Applied at Google for translator

I’ve been facing a frustrating issue in my job search as a translator. After submitting tests for potential clients, I often find myself ghosted, with no feedback or response. This has happened multiple times, and while I understand that there may be legitimate reasons for the silence, it still feels disheartening. I've even followed up after a week, but the silence continues. I do my research on companies through platforms like Glassdoor and Trustpilot, but it seems that even reputable firms, like Google, have ghosted me after interviews. I would really appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation, as I invest a lot of time and effort into these tests and would like at least a polite acknowledgment or feedback.
